It works great, and after initial sync, it's blazing fast now. My old Android sync software would not sync with my new phone. For the peace of mind it provides, it is more than worth the cost of the subscription. What I want a piece of software to do is keep my contacts and calendar on my android devices in sync both ways in real time. It's essential for me to be able to sync my Address Book, Calendar, and Notes from my desktop Outlook to my Android phone.
